Program Essentials

• When contacting us please only use the Gmail account that you registered on the program with as this is your unique identifier on the program
  
  
• Remember to check your inbox regularly as Gmail is the main method of communication that we use
  
  
• As an Evaluator you will use three systems while working on the Internet Safety Program:
  
  AI Community Portal for useful information and program updates
  The Raterhub where you acquire and complete tasks
  AI Community Platform​ where you will create your personal profile and enter your banking details.
  
  
• The working week runs from Monday to Sunday. You can work a varied number of hours per week when tasks are available, please note these hours may vary based on the Terms & Conditions you received during hiring and is dependent on your specific locale.​
  
  
• You must check the Raterhub on your desktop regularly to be eligible for all tasks

• There is no "best time" to acquire tasks. Tasks are loaded into the Raterhub system at any time of the day or night, seven days a week. Tasks are available on a 'first come first served' basis so you should try to check the Raterhub as frequently as possible
  
  
• Task availability changes regularly due to different priorities in the Raterhub.  
   
• Please use the ​My Blackout Period function to inform us of when you will be unavailable to work for 5 days or more e.g. vacation, illness, out of the country
  
  
• You are not permitted to work on tasks if you have left your home country
  
  
• Accounts which are inactive for 30 days or more are reviewed and access will be suspended due to inactivity. We would encourage you to participate regularly on a weekly basis when tasks are available

• We recommend you check your tasks completed via the Task Counts page at least once per week.

• In order to maintain the quality and productivity standards of the Internet Safety Program, it is recommended that you take the time to carefully rate each task while staying within the AET displayed.
