Task Notifications

As you know it is the nature of the program that task volumes can fluctuate. Due to this we encourage you to set up task notifications. This can be done through both the Raterhub app for instant mobile notifications, and through the Raterhub on your desktop for email notification. You are free to set up both!


Email Notifications​

Email notification are simply to set up. Firstly, go to the cog icon, as seen below, on the homepage of the Raterhub. This will bring you to the settings page


From here scroll to the bottom of the page, and enable email notifications


​You can also specify the start and end time of the notifications, the number of hours between each email and the number of tasks that must be available before you receive a notification.

Once you have selected your option you are set up and ready to go!
